ISAPP is an organization that sets official definitions for dietary terms related to gut health such as for dietary fiber, prebiotics, probiotics, Synbiotics, and postbiotics. This professional organization meets once per year, and my previous involvement was presenting a poster virtually and contributing to small group discussions.
